Dale Ellenberg has been practicing the art and science of occupational therapy for over 25 years, working in many settings - hospitals, clinics, the work place, schools and at home. It has been in the homes and at schools that Dale has demonstrated her greatest success as an interventionist and advocate for pediatric/adolescent clients and their families. She has honed her talents in the areas of psycho-social dynamics and the therapeutic use of self across the span of her practice. Dale incorporates and applies a holistic approach coupled with a keen sense of sensory processing theory. She is certified in sensory integration intervention and administration of the Sensory Integration Praxis Test (SIPT) and trained in the Interactive Metronome Program (IM). Dale's success is in helping children and adolescents and their families learn adaptive skills and behaviors that will improve their lives today and into adulthood.
